Job Opening for IT Support Specialist
We are looking for a skilled technician to join our team as an IT support specialist. The successful candidate will work with our senior support personnel to maintain parking equipment and associated IT systems installed in our car parks.
This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot software and hardware issues with parking equipment and related IT systems. Additionally, the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
* To identify and resolve software and hardware issues with parking equipment and associated IT systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
* To perform routine maintenance on parking equipment to prevent outages at car parks.
* Participate in the installation of new parking equipment, cabling, and associated IT systems at car park locations.
* To maintain accurate records of asset locations, configurations, and status.
