AHRI is a national association representing human resource and people management specialists. With over 16,000 members, the organisation supports the profession through membership, professional standards, certification, development opportunities, knowledge, insights, and advocacy for best practice.
We have revamped our service offering and technology to provide new content and services to our members. This transformation has been supported by a sustainable business model and dynamic operating model.
The successful applicant will be responsible for workforce planning, succession planning, recruitment, performance management, talent and leadership development, CEO and Board reporting, advocacy in government, and undertaking Senior Leader Certification assessments.
You will need a deep understanding of contemporary HR theory, practice, and key trends. You must be able to flex between strategic and operational people requirements with empathy towards operating in a small business environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
The ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in business, HR or a related field, and AHRI certification (CPHR or FCPHR) or be willing to personally complete with the AHRI Certification Program.

* Share your views and insights, modelling the qualities of an HR partner to internal and external stakeholders.
* Use HR data and metrics to inform AHRI's people strategies.
* Manage the AHRI Assist team and drive uplift in leadership and management capability and behaviour in partnership with the CEO.
