About the role
We're seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist with experience working with adults to join our multidisciplinary team. This exciting opportunity has become available due to our organisation's continued growth and expansion of services. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by:
* Providing evidence-based occupational therapy sessions to a diverse caseload of adult clients
* Supporting individuals with functional needs related to ageing, disability, and complex health conditions
* Applying knowledge of assistive technologies to improve clients' independence and quality of life
* Developing and implementing comprehensive, person-centred treatment plans
* Collaborating with other allied health professionals and support networks
* Maintaining accurate client records and billing information
* Upholding client privacy and confidentiality
Experience working in aged care or community-based settings is highly desirable.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
* Experience working with adults in the community, aged care, or similar settings
* Knowledge and application of assistive technologies and home modifications
* A client-centred approach to care and strong communication skills
* Experience working with individuals with complex needs or chronic conditions
* New graduates with relevant placement experience are encouraged to apply
