What You'll Be Doing
* Processing accounts payable and receivable
* Managing supplier and subcontractor invoices
* Coordinating reconciliations and pay runs
* Following up on outstanding invoices and internal approvals
* Assisting with employee timesheets and basic reporting
* Supporting operations where needed
You'll be working directly with the Finance Manager and wider team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and be the go-to person that keeps everyone on track.

What We're Looking For
* 2+ years in an accounts/admin role (construction experience a bonus but not essential)
* Confident with Xero and general systems
* Naturally organised and process-driven
* Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
* Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged
