About The Role
* Manage a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate clients or government clients.
* Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders meeting Allianz's service principles.
* Determine liability and timely assessment of treatment requests.
* Appropriately document claims decisions.
* Utilize claims management systems.
* Develop and implement claims strategies that deliver positive and sustainable outcomes.
* Meet key compliance and performance measures.
* Coach and support newer team members.
About You
* Experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or other personal injury lines.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer focused approach.
* Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve complex situations in a timely manner.
* Proactive with the drive to learn and develop skills.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt when changes occur.
* Passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
