RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver appropriate training and assessments according to KGF work instructions
* Deliver site floor inductions for new or transferring employees
* Manage administration associated with the tutoring role, including Kronos administration
* Ensure compliance with KGF work instructions, policies and procedures
* Assist with any changes to our work instructions and policies for the relevant area of the site
* Spend time with new and existing employees, including regular checks on our new employees
* Attend Organisational Development team meetings
* Assist in developing new work instructions
* Keep training records up to date at all times
YOU WILL NEED:
* Training experience in a similar environment
* Strong knowledge and leadership of Workplace Health and Safety requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures
* A solutions focus and ability to follow through
* A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
* Great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* A motivated and enthusiastic disposition, and be a team player
* Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
* Confident with computers and an ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
