Services are delivered across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Raymond Terrace, Port Stephen the Lower Mid North Coas, with appointments being offered both through both home visits and clinic visits. Our teams are motivated and dynamic in their approach to working within the First 2000 Days Framework, to ensure each child and family are supported to reach their full potential. You will be supported by our Nurse Manager, Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Child and Family Health Nurses and the wider multi-disciplinary team. This role will commence with orientation from supporting Social Workers already in position, with additional ongoing training suitable to service delivery being supported as appropriate. About You We are looking for a motivated team player, with experience in maternal and infant mental health, working with new parents, working with families with children 0-5 and working with high risk, vulnerable families Requirements Must hold as a minimum a bachelor degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
