Administrative Assistant - Risk Advisory
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Risk Advisory team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, maintaining CRM systems, and ensuring team compliance with internal processes. Key responsibilities include formatting client correspondence, generating reports, collating information for tenders/proposals, and managing expenses within Workday.
• Format all client-related correspondence and reporting; • Maintain CRM systems for clients and contacts; • Ensure the team follows RSM's internal processes policies procedures; Generate weekly monthly reporting documents presenting financial data both internally externally in a timely manner as per agreement with Partners Collate comprehensive information required tenders proposals preparation submission under tight deadlines or specific project milestones using attention-to-detail skills while meeting requirements maintain accuracy consistency throughout entire process without compromising efficiency speed once it reaches target audience!
