About the Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant - Sales (known internally as Sate Sales Coordinator) to support our Head of Sales and broader sales leadership team.
This role is key to ensuring smooth operations through expert administrative support, coordination, and communication across the Food pillar.
In this Role
Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Head of SalesCoordinate meetings, manage correspondence, and prioritise workflowOrganise travel, accommodation, and event cateringMaintain efficient office systems, spreadsheets, and databasesPrepare invoices, manage supplies, and track mailRecord meeting minutes with clear actions and follow-upsGenerate reports and collate data for operational planningSupport seasonal events such as Expo and Easter
