Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
* Greeting customers and maintaining a professional, well-presented showroom
* Preparing and following up on quotes for heating, cooling, and ventilation products
* Managing and processing customer orders efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records and customer databases
* Working towards daily branch goals and KPIs
* Supporting warehouse operations when needed
* Ensuring a safe and positive workplace environment
What are we looking for?
* Experience in customer service or retail.
* HVAC or trade background (advantageous but not required).
* Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
