You'll guide leaders through structural change and embed positive culture initiatives, contributing to an agile, high-performing workforce.
Requirements:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 5–7 years' experience in a generalist or business partner role
* Proven ability to coach, influence, and advise across all levels—from front-line to executive
* Experience navigating performance management, IR, investigations, and change programs
* A collaborative mindset with strong relationship, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent time management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
* A valid Driver Licence and Working with Children Check
