About the role
The role primarily provides professional and confidential executive support to the General Manager Quality, Risk & Compliance and the Company Secretary & Legal Counsel using various effective, high-level organisational and administrative skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administration of and reporting on the progress of Strategic and Operational Plans.
* Preparing quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, formatting of reports, and minutes of meetings.
* Managing the administrative progress of operations plan and critical initiatives.
* Company Secretary related activities, including Meeting Books and coordinating the Annual General Meeting.
* Additional administrative support for the CEO's Office and executive team as required.
About You
* You love a challenge and enjoy the buzz of a fast-paced environment.
* Being organised is your strong point; your experience to date comes from coordinating the work of others in senior management
* You love to communicate and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* You have the demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people.
* You pride yourself on the quality of your work with impeccable attention to detail.
* You have 5+ years supporting executive management level positions
