Deliver the most outstanding results in investment and cost control, and ensure the sustainability of business development and customer satisfaction required by business under standardized operating procedures.
Role Responsibilities:
* Complete cost and construction tasks under the management of senior team members
* Provide professional support for project management and other delegated tasks
* Gain experience from senior team members and learn how to apply it to yourself
* Master the knowledge and skills required for cost services through the business areas of cost and business
* Complete tasks promptly and accurately
About You
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Have mechanical, electrical, civil, quantity surveying or other related qualifications
* Ideally a recognized degree which is eligible for RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills
* Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
* Proficient in computer applications
* Good organizational and analytical skills
* Ability to manage tasks and derive conclusions
* Positive attitude, able to proactively identify work needs
* Ability to ensure confidentiality of work information at all times
* Flexible attitude
* Ability to manage priorities
* Strong team spirit
