We are a proudly Tasmanian-owned civil construction company delivering high-quality road surfacing, line marking, and infrastructure works across the state. We're seeking skilled Operators to join our southern operations and help deliver projects that make a difference.
About the Roles
Based in Glenorchy and across Southern Tasmania, you'll operate civil and road surfacing equipment on urban and regional projects. This is a hands-on role where your expertise is valued, your work is visible, and you're supported by an experienced, safety-focused crew.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience operating civil or road surfacing equipment (e.g., rollers, pavers, or bitumen spray/seal trucks, etc)
* Strong safety focus and traffic management awareness
* Reliable, team-oriented, and physically fit
* Relevant tickets or licences highly regarded
* Ability to work in varied weather and terrain conditions and weekends
