About the role
SeaRoad is currently hiring a Customer Service Officer (Logistics) located in Devonport to join our Sales and Marketing department. The role plays an integral part in providing the highest level of customer service support and acts as a main point of contact for SeaRoad's customers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide a best in industry customer experience with a 'one-touch resolution' and customer centric mindset.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with SeaRoad's customer base within our Logistics space.
* Help coordinate critical interfaces with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure service requests are fulfilled to meet customer expectations.
* Ensure the highest level of accuracy with customer requests and bookings.
* Communicate clearly and concisely to ensure customers receive correct information.
* Act as a key representative for SeaRoad's 'shopfront'.
About you:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service delivery with a customer centric mindset
* Transport experience desirable.
* Strong administration, data entry and computer skills.
* Ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a small team environment.
* Excellent level of computer literacy and understanding of systems.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
