Our client supplies a broad range of high-quality forklifts, material handling equipment and support services, including sales, hire, maintenance and parts.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Sales & Hire Coordinator to support sales, hire operations, and fleet coordination at our Maddington branch. This is a hands-on, varied role where youll coordinate equipment sales and hire, manage fleet movements, organise transport, and provide administrative and customer support across the branch.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate new and used equipment sales deliveries and long-term hire
* Manage movements and availability of the Perth hire fleet
* Handle customer hire enquiries and bookings
* Organise local and interstate transport
* Sales administration including invoicing, batching, margin sheets, and reporting
* Prepare weekly sales and stock reports and complete monthly stocktakes
* Provide branch reception, admin, and service overflow support
* Support safety, quality, and compliance requirements
Skills & Experience
* Experience in sales administration, hire coordination, or similar operational role
* Knowledge of forklifts and hire equipment (desirable)
* Strong communication and phone manner
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Good computer and keyboard skills
* High attention to detail and organisation
* Current drivers licence required
