Our Bar and Gaming team plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our venues. We currently have a casual opportunity available for a customer-focused individual to join our Wests City site, located on King Street.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly customer service, operating gaming machines, taking drink orders, preparing and serving beverages, resetting and payout jackpot wins, operating Tab and Keno terminals, cleaning workstations and equipment, operating tills, and maintaining the cleanliness of amenities and public areas.
This position requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. The role offers around 25 hours per week and involves working rostered shifts from evening through to early hours of the morning during peak periods.
During peak food service times, you may be required to assist with bistro operations. This role is key to ensuring our members and guests receive an outstanding entertainment experience.
