Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated lawyer to join our team in the Children, Families, and Education Law Unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to Victorian government schools, regional offices, and corporate staff across a range of areas including family law, intervention orders, child protection, school community safety orders, trespass, privacy, and information sharing.
You will work closely with lawyers who are passionate about their work and committed to supporting your career aspirations. Our team provides direct, practical, and strategic legal advice to portfolio ministers, senior staff, and over 1,600 government schools, supporting approximately 650,000 Victorian Government school students.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in family law, child protection, and education law
* Ability to provide high-quality legal advice both in writing and verbally
* Motivation to work in a team environment and learn about new areas of law
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
