Monitor and report on business development performance and market opportunities directly to leadership

8–10 years' experience in business development or senior client-facing roles within an environmental consulting business

Demonstrated success in building client networks, winning work, and delivering value in sectors such as:

Major infrastructure and industry

Renewable and conventional energy

Local, state and federal government

Land development and planning
">
Deep understanding of the services, technical disciplines, and commercial dynamics in environmental consultancy

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Proven ability to lead strategy and reporting functions in a performance-focused environment

Familiarity with relevant legislation, approvals processes, and government procurement pathways

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across multiple service lines

Experience using CRM and digital tools to support pipeline and relationship management
