**Job Overview**

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization by managing employee and contractor compliance, recruitment tasks, drafting employment contracts, and onboarding successful applicants. You will also assist with HR projects as required.

* Assisting with HR projects

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant community. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding attention to detail. They will also hold the required checks and training as outlined in the Job and Person Specification or be willing to complete these prior to commencing.

Desirable Qualifications:

Previous experience in Human Resources will be highly regarded but not essential.
