The role
As a Project Administrator with Unyte you’ll support our Hunter Valley projects with seamless administration, coordinating site documentation and communication to ensure efficient operations and help our teams deliver with confidence.
Your impact: Deliver financial reporting with speed and precision, while fostering the cohesion that unites people and projects.
Your everyday
- Ensure accurate data collection and entry of all project related transactions to assist the project team with their project reporting and management
- Assist the team with entry of Progress Claims to ensure timely reporting of project revenue, along with assistance with monitoring Progress Claim Certifications in accordance with contract requirements
- Provide administrative support working closely with the project team, suppliers and contractors
Who are you?
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience
- 3+ years relevant construction administration experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Jobpac or similar accounting package (preferred but not essential)
