Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and facilitating onboarding processes.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
* Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent across diverse roles and locations.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
* Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
* Facilitate pre-employment activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success.
