Workplace Experience Site Lead - MelbourneThis role is office-based and requires you to be located in Melbourne, Australia. Your secondary focus is ensuring our offices are welcoming spaces where Atlassians can 'GSD' whenever they visit.Your goal as the Workplace Experience Site Lead is to own an exceptional, hospitality-led, event-driven, and continuously improving office experience that connects us and supports productivity.You excel in communication and influence, with a proven track record of driving change that enhances the customer experience.You leverage data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. You are confident engaging with customers and representing the broader workplace team.You can identify when customer journeys are suboptimal and effectively drive solutions from conception to implementation.You have a multiplier effect, using your influence to help team members and vendors solve problems and achieve improvements aligned with customer promises and business priorities.You understand the importance of the physical workplace on employee engagement and productivity.Does this sound exciting?
