Job Title: Disability Support Worker
The role involves providing person-centered support and encouragement to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as medication management, personal hygiene, food preparation, dressing, and mealtime support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with office-based staff to develop and implement Person-Centred Plans (PCPs) that promote independent living skills.
* Assist clients with daily living activities, maintaining professional integrity and confidentiality.
* Maintain accurate records related to medical, behavioural, and financial documentation.
* Complete administrative tasks, such as payroll, compliance reports, and client procedural paperwork, in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
1. Certificate III or IV in Disability or similar qualification.
2. Current Australian Drivers License.
3. Completed First Aid and CPR certificate.
4. Working with Vulnerable People with NDIS Endorsement and Child related activity NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate -
