Our organization is seeking a diligent Custodian of Client Experience to provide exceptional service and support to our customer success managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Fund Registry team to deliver outstanding client experiences.
* Manage and facilitate all client interactions, ensuring timely, professional, and company value-aligned responses.
* Process and verify client correspondence and instructions, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
* Oversee the management of issued capital movements, shareholder forms, system updates, and reporting.
* Validate and process investor elections, including applications and redemptions.
* Assist in preparing, reconciling, and distributing client reports, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
* Perform audits and accurately file processed documentation to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
