**Job description**:
DFP Recruitment have two Customer Support Officer's positions available for one of our government clients based in Redcliffe. The role is initially 6-months with view for extension.
The role is working full-time based on 38-hour week on contract, working across 7-day roster when required.
**About the role**
- Provide advice and assistance supporting and resolving customer enquiries.
- Provide technical information to customers and distribute publications as required.
- Accurately record customer/stakeholder details, issues, feedback, and complaints.
- Administration support and assistance to the team.
**Essential Criteria**
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to use initiative in problem solving and decision making.
- Ability to develop technical knowledge and understand legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
**Desirable**
- Knowledge of the State Road Network.
