About the Company
Our client is a highly respected residential builder on the Gold Coast with an exceptional industry reputation and turning over approximately 400 homes per year.
About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a Junior Estimator to join the business in a role completing BOQ's and takeoffs for turnkey house and land packages.
What we're looking for
This position may suit a Carpenter with a desire to get off the tools and establish a career in estimating, or alternatively an Estimator at the earlier stages of their career and eager to grow with a reputable organisation.
Skills and experience required:
Carpentry Trade qualified OR some estimating experience in a residential environment
A desire to build a career in the residential building industry
Good numerical ability and mathematic skills
A team player and strong work ethic
High attention to detail
A desire to be part of a dynamic high growth company
