As a Client Services Manager, you'll partner with clients to make the most of their business - helping them identify opportunities, strengthen performance, and turn their vision into practical outcomes. You'll manage your own portfolio of clients and work with a team of Accountants.
Your role goes beyond compliance; you will play a key role working collaboratively with clients to create actionable strategies that drive sustainable success.
What You'll Do
* Manage your own client portfolio, providing exceptional client service and high-quality accounting and commercial advice
* Build strong, ongoing client relationships through proactive communication
* Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and other financial reports to ensure compliance
* Oversee workflow and budgets, ensuring jobs are delivered on time and profitably
* Support, mentor, and develop a team of accountants
* Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You're an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working closely and collaborating with clients. You balance technical expertise with an easy-going, people-focused approach.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, plus CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience in public practice accounting
* Great communication skills and commercial acumen
* Proven leadership and mentoring experience
