Expressions of interest are invited from ongoing and temporary employees within the NSW Public Sector who wish to be considered for this temporary role for a period up to 6 months.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant delivers comprehensive executive, secretarial, and administrative support on complex matters to facilitate the Senior Executives in achieving Aboriginal Affairs objectives. You will join our Aboriginal Affairs team within the Reform and Innovation branch in the Premiers Department. Further details on the Aboriginal Affairs team can be found here.

We're Looking For
* Detail-oriented: Skilled in accurate record keeping, being the point of contact and acting with integrity on behalf of the executive
* Administrative Practices: Monitor, Implement and evaluate systems and procedures within the operational area
* Time management: Organising an executive's schedule by focusing on the tasks that make the most effective use of their time
* Effective Communication: Engage actively in conversations and decision-making, raise concerns, and suggest solutions
* Cultural Capability: Ability to engage with Aboriginal stakeholders in a meaningful and culturally safe way
