Role Overview
This part‑time position offers 28 hours per week with flexible weekday, evening and weekend coverage.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service and create engaging shopping experiences.
* Use initiative to answer customer questions and solve problems independently.
* Communicate clearly and upbeat to customers and teammates.
* Maintain store appearance and product presentation.
* Assist with inventory, stock rotation and shelf replenishment.
Required Qualifications
* Passion for retail and customer service.
* Excellent communication skills – a positive, approachable attitude.
* Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
* Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
* Previous fashion retail experience is preferred but not essential.
