Professional Care Supports (NSW) Pty Ltd requires a support worker to assist a young man with limited cognition to address daily needs and to attend appointments in Griffith NSW. Currently has an NDIS package and needs to access Dept Communities and Justice - Housing for housing application and other agencies.
