What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days look the same. You'll take ownership of the leasing process across a well-kept, local portfolio, delivering a seamless and positive experience for both landlords and tenants.
* Manage online advertising and marketing of available properties
* Conduct open homes and private inspections
* Process applications and support tenants through to approval
* Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews, and day-to-day admin
* Provide thoughtful advice to landlords on pricing and leasing strategy
* Work towards achievable KPIs, with support every step of the way
What We're Looking For
* Previous real estate experience (leasing experience highly regarded)
* Current Certificate of Registration & driver's licence
* Strong organisation skills with great attention to detail
* A warm, confident communicator who enjoys working with people
* A team player who's reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work
