About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key position in our transactions team, focusing on premium rural properties and agribusiness assets. Reporting directly to the Head of Transaction Services, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales campaigns for commercial mixed agricultural operations, beef cattle, dairy, sheep assets, permanent crops, grains and pulses.
* Actively pursue new appointments for organisations with high potential for future opportunities.
* Maintain strong relationships with regional contacts through consistent market presence using media mentions and advertising.
In addition to these responsibilities,
You will also be responsible for driving internal relationships between product lines via referrals. This includes information transfer and opportunities tracking.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rural property sales or advisory roles or related sales experience dealing with rural clients from banking or agribusiness operational backgrounds. Strong leadership skills are essential to drive revenue growth nationally while increasing market share of Agribusiness products line. For this opportunity you must be a licensed real estate agent in Queensland.
