Job Opportunity
A Business Development Manager is needed to join the team. This role involves meeting with prospective customers understanding their transport needs and constructing the most cost-effective and efficient logistics service.
Responsibilities include building market share promoting to new customers managing these clients moving forward and therefore relationship management along with proposition/proposal delivery skills will be essential.
This is an on-the-road face-to-face sales role where autonomy is provided.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to identify opportunities develop proposals and close deals.
Experience from within the transport and logistics industry selling domestic services is essential.
A proven track record of successful business-to-business sales experience is also required, including lead generation gaining an appointment pitching presenting and ultimately closing.
