What We Offer
Competitive Pay:
* Monday to Friday: £14.90 per hour (rising to £15.05 per hour in January 2026 )
* Saturday: £15.90 per hour (rising to £16.05 per hour in January 2026 )
* Sunday: £16.90 per hour (rising to £17.05 per hour in January 2026 )
* Bank Holidays: £25.00 per hour (after 2 years service)
* Pay rates are reviewed regularly through frequent pay negotiations

Hours Of Work
* 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 3-6 months in advance
* Mornings starting from 04:30 and evenings finishing around 01:00
* 1 in 4 weekends off
* Average of 40 hours per week on the main rota
* Overtime available based on request/availability
What We Need From You
* MUST have a valid PCV Licence – This is a non-negotiable requirement. (If you don't have a PCV licence yet, apply for our Trainee role, and we'll provide paid training to help you get qualified!)
* No more than 6 points on your licence
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
* Excellent customer service and people skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts
