Our Hybrid Working Model

* 3 days remote in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand
* 2 days in RACP offices
* 1 day in-office with your team


Role Overview

We seek a passionate UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging digital experiences. You will work in an agile, data-driven environment, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance usability, accessibility, and member engagement.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead UX initiatives, ensuring accessibility and interaction design standards are met.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data for improvements.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.
* Develop user journey maps and personas.
* Test UX methods, iterating based on feedback and analytics.
* Collaborate with service design, product management, and IT teams.
* Integrate UX practices into agile workflows.


Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative thinker skilled in UX/UI design, familiar with accessibility standards, experienced in agile environments, and proficient with design tools. Experience with LMS systems like Moodle or Blackboard is a plus.


Qualifications

* Minimum five years in UX design, including research and prototyping.
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience with accessibility and inclusive design.
