Regional Operations Leader
This role oversees the day-to-day operation of multiple clinic sites, leading administrative functions and coordinating health service activities.
* Coordinate site operations, manage communication, resources, and troubleshoot operational issues.
* Benchmark practice capabilities, allocate resources effectively, and resolve operational problems at each site.
* Foster team growth, develop staff skills, and enhance performance.
* Lead new staff induction, ensure GP support from reception, and maintain quality policies and procedures.
Educational background in Business Administration or equivalent is required. ACPM certification is desirable. At least two years' experience in a management role with experience coordinating services across multiple providers is essential.
