South West Personnel (SWP) is seeking Process Operators for a production facility in Western Australia. These roles offer permanency for the best fit casual workers.
As a Process Operator you will assist with fixed plant tasks such as monitoring and controlling crushers, conveyors and processing circuits, and will be responsible for the day‐to‐day operation of the plant. Work may occur on rotating shift rosters.
Responsibilities
* Safe, efficient extraction, processing or manufacturing of raw materials.
* Operational tasks to ensure safe production targets are met.
* Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues and optimise plant performance.
* Perform routine housekeeping, clean‐up and operational support, including minor maintenance tasks.
Requirements
* Priority to workplace safety, following and contributing to safe working practices.
* Understanding of heavy industrial fixed plant operations.
* Current Western Australia driver's licence (HR) – advantage.
* High‐risk forklift licence (LF) – highly desirable.
* Certificate in Process Plant Operations – well regarded.
