We have a (12M FTC) Level 1 / Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer role available.
This role will see you responsible for providing L1/L2 Support for Microsft O365, Active Directory, VPN, Supporting Windows & Linux PC's, setting up users and log-ins.
You will also support SAP Business One users.
This role is located in Wollongong, and will work 5 days per week Onsite.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years Exp in Service Desk / Desktop Support
- Windows Server and Desktop Support Exp
- Exp supporting Windows and Linux PC's (ideal)
- M365 Administration Exp including MS Teams, Defender, Intune
- Windows MDM Device Management Exp
- Ability to do DNS look-ups
- Experience providing IT support in Blue collar Industry / environment (ideal)
- Experience supporting SAP Business One - Desirable not essential
- Relevant Tertiary Education and Certifications
- Excellent communication skills and tream collaboration skills
- Outgoing Personaility / able to provode IT support to blue collar workers
