As a Mobile Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals return to work.
About the Role
* Create and drive Return to Work (RTW) plans while collaborating with various stakeholders.
* Take a customer-centric approach that focuses on early intervention to coach and educate employers.
Conduct site visits to worksites or medical clinics at the initial stages of a claim. Provide accurate information to educate employers about the benefits of returning employees to work.
You will work closely with diverse customers and stakeholders, building trust and delivering excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing RTW plans and coordinating with stakeholders.
* Providing guidance and support to employers through early intervention.
* Carrying out community-based visits to sites or clinics.
* Sharing knowledge about the advantages of employee return-to-work programs.
Your Skills and Qualifications:

* Demonstrated ability to build trust and work effectively with various customers and stakeholders.
* Excellent customer service skills, including influencing and negotiating outcomes.
