Job Description
This is a leadership role that oversees the provision of strategic and operational support to teams across various disciplines.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, overseeing contractor operations to ensure safety, governance, performance, and service delivery standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Services: Provide ER/IR, remuneration, workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, and onboarding expertise.
* Partner with senior leaders to provide pragmatic advice aligned with business objectives.
* Develop and coach HR and village teams to drive capability, accountability, and performance.
* Oversee the interpretation and bargaining processes for enterprise agreements.
* Evaluate and implement measures to ensure compliance with employment legislation, WHS obligations, and psychosocial risk management requirements.
* Utilize data analytics and HR systems effectively to drive informed decision-making.
* Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant services for accommodation, catering, cleaning, transport, leisure facilities, and aerodrome operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strategic leadership experience in human resources and village operations.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage contractor operations.
* Expertise in HR services, including ER/IR, remuneration, workforce planning, and talent management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
