 
        
        **About the Role** 
Joining our Brand Management team in permanent role, you will Act as 'brand guardian' and oversee all brand, marketing & communications initiatives to maximise the clarity, quality, consistency & integrity of the brand's representation internally and externally. You will also develop, negotiate, manage and measure activity to support business and marketing objectives and goals.
Reporting into our Group Brand Lead, this role will work closely with our product marketing team to execute programs that drive group strategy and performance. You will be joining a growing, but well established team who pride themselves on collaboration and team success whilst having the autonomy to manage their own portfolios.
You will enjoy excellent variety working across each of BOQ Groups Brands, with a major responsibility in our VMA business. We will provide ongoing support with the expectation you can quickly establish strong relationships with key marketing agencies & suppliers, ensuring we extract maximum value from our partnerships, deliver key KPIs and drive mutual & sustainable success.
Your role will also ensure all marketing materials, campaigns and events consistently reflect the brand frameworks. This consistency is a key pillar to the success of the groups brand, and we will want you to proactively research and provide key insight to assist with decision making about the direction of the group and the overall brand strategy.
**About you** 
As a passionate Brand and Marketing professional, you will have proven experience across brand management strategies. Although not essential, prior knowledge regarding sponsorship and event management will be highly regarded
Naturally, you will have prior experience working across different brands and will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills. Understanding how brand influences and impacts a customers decision making is the key to this role and we'll want to see what you've done in the area previously.
Previous experience within the Financial Services industry will see you hit the ground running in the role, but this is not essential.
Your superior attention to detail will be complimented by your exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Above all else, you will have a positive 'can do' attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think innovatively.
