We are working with a leading international law firm who are looking for a mid-level Associate Solicitor to join their Perth-based Litigation practice.
The Role
The successful candidate will support a highly regarded Litigation team in a range of complex commercial and regulatory disputes work, including general commercial litigation, insolvency, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include providing litigatory advice, conducting investigations, and engaging in defence of prosecutions across a range of industry sectors, such as mining, technology, real estate, media, and government.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm's client base.
Essential Criteria:
3-6 PQE;
Strong background in litigation within a medium to large commercial practice;
Outstanding academics;
Technically excellent;
Negotiation skills;
Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
Ability to work independently and within a team.
