Job Description
We’re seeking a Leader to drive the growth of our healthcare agency business in the Northern Territory. Based in Darwin, you’ll lead a team of recruitment and workforce consultants to elevate our business whilst ensuring we continue to offer exceptional service delivery to healthcare facilities across the region.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people leadership, business development, and operational excellence to make a genuine impact in a unique and fast-growing market.
* Lead, inspire and develop a team of recruitment and workforce consultants.
* Build and grow strong relationships with healthcare facilities and clients across the NT.
* Oversee workforce planning to ensure shift fulfilment and client satisfaction.
* Drive business development strategies to expand HCA’s footprint in the region.
* Monitor performance, budgets, and operational KPIs, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
