Atlas Wealth Management is an award-winning financial planning firm specialising in advice for Australians living and working overseas. With over 14 years of experience and our own Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), we support clients in more than 50 countries, from tech professionals in Silicon Valley to legal experts in London.

Due to continued growth, we are creating a new Client Service Officer (CSO) role in our Gold Coast office and expanding the team


About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Client Service Officer to support our Financial Advisers in delivering first-class service to our expatriate clients.

This is a busy, hands-on role with real variety. You will be the operational backbone of the advice process, ensuring clients experience seamless, professional service at every step.


Key responsibilities include:

* Managing client communications and queries via phone, email and in person
* Coordinating client review meetings and follow-ups
* Maintaining accurate client records and data within our CRM (Worksorted) and other systems
* Preparing and processing client forms, implementation requests and documentation
* Supporting advisers with client onboarding, transfers and ongoing service tasks
* Assisting with general office administration and the occasional client event


About You

* Minimum 3 years recent experience as a Client Service Officer (or equivalent) in a financial planning or wealth management firm
* Strong understanding of the end-to-end advice process and client service workflows
* Confident using a CRM (ideally Worksorted, or similar such as Xplan etc.)
* Proven ability to build rapport with clients and manage their needs professionally
* Very high attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
* Able to work independently, prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
* Calm and organised in a fast-paced environment where things are always moving


Highly regarded (but not essential):

* Experience working with expatriate or international clients
* Familiarity with financial planning software and platforms
