We are currently seeking an enthusiastic experienced Physiotherapist to join our friendly and supportive team at Juniper Korumup. This is a permanent part-time role working 3 days a week. This is your chance to build meaningful relationships with clients while making a positive impact on their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized care plans, and implement effective strategies for your clients
* Design individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged
* Provide equipment assessments and recommendations to promote independence and well-being
* Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes
* Maintain accurate records to ensure seamless care coordination
* Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants
What You'll Need
* AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (essential)
* A bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or higher (essential)
* Ability to connect with elderly clients empathetically
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Current Australian driver's license
