Support Technicians Wanted
We are seeking skilled Support Technicians to join our IT team, working on a major infrastructure project in South Australia.
This significant project involves constructing two separate tunnels and a continuous 78km motorway, forming a non-stop traffic light-free road.
The successful candidate will be part of our IT Major Projects Team, responsible for supporting technical infrastructure, daily end user support, and maintenance and administration of IT systems across the project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide level 1 and 2 IT software and hardware support for new and existing users
* Ensure excellent service delivery to all customers and business interactions
* Support the wider IT team to manage, install, test and troubleshoot new technologies and systems
* Maintain IT devices and assets, ensuring associated records and approvals are up to date
* Assist in setting up and demobilising project offices, including travelling to sites as required
* Evaluate issues to the IT team lead to ensure first class IT support
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a passion for helping and supporting end users on a wide variety of platforms and systems, well-developed prioritisation and problem-solving skills, a driver's licence, and a White Card (or the ability to obtain).
