We are looking for a Finance Transformation Lead to join Stockland on an initial 12 month contract based at our Sydney Head Office.
The Opportunity - About the Role
This is a diverse strategic role within a small high-performing team delivering the Finance Transformation Strategy for Stockland. The individual will influence an agenda of change to improve operational excellence and effectiveness in line with the key priorities.
**Key Responsibilities of this role will include**:
Driving real change in Finance through relevant people, process and system initiatives
Delivering agreed priorities across data/reporting/analysis, planning/forecasting/budgeting and period end
Positively influencing and challenging the Finance organisation to adopt new, consistent, efficient and scalable ways of working
Drive and lead others through organisational effectiveness, innovation and improvement initiatives
About You
We are looking for a curious and experienced problem solver who is comfortable working with ambiguity. You will have substantial experience working in the finance function of a large organisation and be CPA or CA qualified.
You will have a track record delivering finance transformation within a large-scale, complex, and matrixed organisation. As an experienced leader, you will have the ability to project manage teams to deliver results within an agreed timeline.
To be successful in this role you will also have the following attributes, skills and qualifications:
Familiarity with large enterprise systems, eg SAP, Anaplan, CRM tools and/or data intensive environments
Innovative and curious mindset with a proven record of transformation and process improvement, able to identify opportunities that deliver efficiencies and add value
Project management - leading projects end to end, from requirements gathering through design, build, testing and implementation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proven track record of achieving results through influencing, collaborating, and communicating effectively
Team player who will support finance and operations colleagues in finding solutions and at the same time establish accountability and hold to account for outcomes
Ability to translate strategic priorities into operational reality
