* Strong knowledge of CC&B or CCS functionalities such as customer management, billing, payments, and meter-to-cash processes.
* Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and industry standards.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in utility domain projects.
* Basic SQL query development skills for data quality analysis.
