Essential Qualifications & Experience
We are seeking a seasoned intermediate professional who can hit the ground running:
1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of dedicated Safety Advisor experience in the Australian construction sector.
2. Project Scale: Proven experience managing safety systems for construction projects valued at $20 Million AUD or higher (residential or commercial building).
3. Formal WHS: Mandatory Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or higher (Diploma/Degree).
4. Licenses: Current White Card (Construction Induction) and valid Driver's License.
5. Soft Skills: Strong ability to work autonomously, effectively influence Site Managers and Supervisors, and manage contractor compliance.
